Ingredients
- 1 glass Prosecco
- 1 kumquat (s), (alternatively pieces an untreated orange)
- Liqueur, (sea buckthorn liqueur)
- some ice, (diced or crushed ice)

- Put ice cubes (or crushed ice) in a glass of Prosecco.
- Quarter or slice the kumquat, press it over the glass and add it to the glass with the prosecco.
- Add 2-4 cl sea buckthorn liqueur (amount as desired).
- Dune magic is a nice change from the popular Aperol Sprizz or Hugo.
- Sea buckthorn is also called the lemon of the north. Due to its high vitamin C content, it even surpasses citrus fruits.
- It grows mainly on the islands of Rügen and Hiddensee. Numerous sea buckthorn specialties such as sea buckthorn liqueur are made and sold there.
