Ingredients

  • 200 ml milk (0.3% or 1.5%)
  • 20 g semolina (soft wheat semolina)
  • sweetener
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder and 1 pinch guar gum

Instructions

  1. First, bring the milk to the boil together with the sweetener (I use 10-15 tablets for this amount). Weigh out the semolina and let it trickle into the pot, bring to the boil again very briefly while stirring. Remove from the stove, let cool slightly, add baking powder and guar gum and quickly whip with the mixer until frothy. Enjoy cold or warm. Fresh fruits such as B. apples, bananas or cherries. If you like, you can add cinnamon, cocoa powder or baking flavor to it.
