Ingredients
- 400 g white cabbae, rouhly chopped
- 250 g broccoli cut into florets
- 250 g fennel, finely chopped
- 250 g carrot (s) in thick slices
- 150 g red pepper (s), cut into strips
- 150 g bell pepper (s), yellow, cut into strips
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 liter vegetable stock

- Cook a soup from the ingredients.
- I freeze the Magic Soup in portions. If necessary, I can quickly thaw a portion and refine it accordingly (but it is not always suitable for a diet).
- Pasta + tomato paste, ketchup, chilli
- Rice, soy sauce, herbs, potatoes, asparagus, ham, potatoes, salmon, just to taste.
- You can play wonderfully with this soup and add almost anything you like
