Ingredients

  • 250 g quark
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 150 g natural yourt
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
  • 1 packet sauce powder (vanilla sauce without cooking)
  • 150 g speculoos
  • honey
  • cinnamon
  • sugar
  • vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark, sour cream and yoghurt together. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Squeeze the lemon, add it and stir in the sauce powder. Season the cream with honey, cinnamon, sugar and vanilla sugar.
  2. Chop the speculoos and layer them alternately with the cream in glasses.
