Ingredients
- 1 head white cabbage, (medium-sized)
- 2 celery
- 2 bell peppers, green
- 2 bunch spring onion (s)
- 1.3 kg carrot (s)
- 3 cans tomato (s), (pieces)
- 2 tablespoon vegetable stock, instant
- Chilli powder
- Ground caraway)
- 2 liters water

- Clean the vegetables, cut them into small pieces and place them in a large pressure cooker with the tomato pieces.
- Season well with chili powder and caraway seeds. That makes the pep and helps the intestines.
- Pour in 2 liters of vegetable stock and cook for 8 minutes under steam.
- We like to eat this magical vegetable soup after the fat holidays or just when our pants are pinching.
- It tastes extremely tasty, makes you warm and, to top it all, is also healthy!
