Instructions

  1. Mix the cooled mahonia juice and apple juice in a large saucepan, add the preserving sugar and citric acid. Mix everything together well, heat at the highest temperature while stirring constantly and cook vigorously for 1 minute.
  2. Make a gel test. Fill jars while still hot, close immediately. Let stand upside down for 5 minutes. Gels reliably and is very colorful (wear an apron!).
