Instructions

  1. Pluck the rosemary needles from the stem and chop finely.
  2. Core the peppers and finely chop with the garlic. Mix together the oil (both types), peppers, rosemary and garlic and let it steep for a moment. Put some of the marinade in a bowl and put the cheese on top. Spread the rest of the marinade on top. Put in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
  3. You can also prepare the feta the day before.
  4. Fresh baguette goes very well with it.
