Scald the tomatoes with hot water, peel them and dice them. Core and dice the peppers, peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Cut the cabbage into strips.
Heat the oil, fry the cabbage, paprika, tomatoes, garlic and onion in it, deglaze with the stock and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Let everything cook on normal heat for about 20 minutes. Season again to taste and serve.
