- Mix a marinade from the mayonnaise, yoghurt and mustard, season with salt, pepper, sugar and Worcestershire sauce.
- Mix in the diced eggs, gherkins, capers and chives, thin out with a little cucumber broth if necessary.
- We like it with boiled or baked potatoes, but is also a great side dish with baked fish.
- You can also conjure up a quick potato salad from the leftover potatoes together with the sauce.
