Ingredients

  • 4 hard-boiled egg (s), finely diced
  • 2 teaspoons chives
  • 2 teaspoons pickled cucumber (s), diced
  • 1 teaspoon capers
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise (Dijon) -
  • 2 tablespoon yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon mustard (Dijon) -
  • Salt and pepper, some cucumber broth
  • sugar
  • Worcester sauce
  • some cucumber liquid

Instructions

  1. Mix a marinade from the mayonnaise, yoghurt and mustard, season with salt, pepper, sugar and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Mix in the diced eggs, gherkins, capers and chives, thin out with a little cucumber broth if necessary.
  3. We like it with boiled or baked potatoes, but is also a great side dish with baked fish.
  4. You can also conjure up a quick potato salad from the leftover potatoes together with the sauce.
