Ingredients
- 250 g chicken liver (s)
- 2 onion (s), diced
- 2 egg (s), hard-boiled
- 2 tablespoons oil
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, (hot as rose)
- Marjoram, (rubbed)
- Garlic salt

- Fry the liver in a little oil, set aside.
- Brown the diced onions in the frying fat.
- Put the liver with half of the browned onions, the eggs and initially about 2 tablespoons of oil in a mixer / blender / food processor and mix to a thick cream; Pour in a little more oil if necessary.
- Season with salt, pepper, marjoram, paprika and garlic salt and mix in the 2nd half of the onions.
- Let it steep in the refrigerator
