Beef Liver Chops

The liver chops are delicious and soft. Also useful. And they prepare very quickly.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver – 500 g
  • Vegetable oil – 30 g
  • Flour – 100 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper – to taste
  • Greens to taste

Directions

  1. Beef liver chops require simple ingredients.
  2. Grind black pepper. Wash the liver, drain. Free the liver from the films and cut into portions.
  3. Lightly beat off the liver on both sides with a kitchen hammer.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste on both sides.
  5. Dip the prepared pieces in flour.
  6. Preheat a frying pan, pour 30 g of vegetable oil. Place the liver in a frying pan. Fry the liver chops on both sides over medium heat (3 minutes on each side).
  7. Beef liver chops are ready. Decorate with herbs. Serve the liver chops with mayonnaise or garlic sauce. I prefer mashed potatoes or boiled potatoes for a side dish.
