Liver Chops

If the liver, cooked in pieces, can sometimes turn out hard, then liver chops – never! The liver is soft, juicy, and the chops cook quickly.
Ingredients
- Beef liver – 500 g
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
- Flour – for breading
- Sunflower oil – for frying
Directions
- The liver should not be completely thawed. Then she cuts and fights back better.
Clean the liver from films and cut into 1-1.5 cm thick slices.
- Then beat off the liver with a wooden mallet between two pieces of cling film. The film protects your kitchen from unpleasant splashes. It is easy to beat off, not to holes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Beat eggs. Breaded the pieces of liver first in flour, then dip in eggs.
