I have not bought ready-made minced meat in the store for a long time, because making it yourself is not difficult. I suggest you follow my cooking advice and tell you how to cook minced meat.

  • Beef – 1 Kilogram

Directions

  1. Wash the meat and send it to the refrigerator beforehand, it is much more convenient to work with it.
  2. Cut the meat into small pieces so that they fit into the bowl of the meat grinder.
  3. Pass the meat through a meat grinder, it is possible in a blender, if there is no meat grinder.
  4. Divide the meat into small pieces, measure the required amount by eye or using a scale.
  5. Pack the meat in plastic bags or wrap it in plastic to keep it dry. Put everything in a container or bag and send it to the freezer. Store it for up to 4 months.
