Ingredients

  • 1 kg minced meat
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 0.75 ¾ cup (s) breadcrumbs (use a cup with 200 - 250 ml)
  • salt and pepper

For covering:

  • 3 large onion (s)
  • 4 bell pepper (s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 bottles sauce (gypsy sauce)
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • Grease for the tin

Instructions

  1. Mix the minced meat, eggs, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper together. Place the kneaded minced meat on a very well greased tray with a high rim.
  2. Dice the onions, cut the peppers into diamonds. Mix the diced onions, bell peppers, sour cream, gypsy sauce, oil and ketchup and pour this mixture over the minced meat.
  3. Bake at 180 ° C for about 45 minutes.
  4. Tip: Also suitable when guests are coming. Can be baked 1 day in advance and then warmed up accordingly.
