Stew of Chopped Potatoes and Minced Meat Ingredients

  • Potatoes (peeled and coarsely chopped) – 2 1/2 cups
  • Minced beef – 1 1/2 cups
  • Fresh tomatoes (finely chopped) – 1/2 cup
  • Bulgarian pepper (seeded and finely chopped) – 1/2 cup
  • Onions (finely chopped) – 1/2 cup
  • Salt – 1/2 teaspoon.
  • Ground black pepper – 1/4 teaspoon.
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Large eggs – 4 pcs.

Stew of Chopped Potatoes and Minced Meat Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, minced meat, chopped tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet, pour the potato mixture into the preheated pan, cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10-15 minutes, until the minced meat is ready. Then make 4 indentations with a wooden spoon.
  3. Pour one egg into each cavity, add salt and pepper, cover the pan and cook the potato stew for another 10 minutes, until cooked.
