Beef Chops Baked with Cheese and Tomato

Beef chops baked with cheese and tomato. These chops can be prepared for dinner or a party table as a hot meal.

Ingredients

  • Beef (cue ball) – 600 g
  • Garlic – 2-3 cloves
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Tomato – 1 pc.
  • Mayonnaise – 4-5 tbsp
  • Fresh dill – 0.5 bunch
  • Vegetable oil – 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare food
  2. Wash the beef, dry it and cut it across the fibers into pieces 1.5-2 cm thick.
  3. Beat the meat on both sides with a kitchen hammer.
  4. Preheat a frying pan, pour 2-3 tablespoon. tablespoons of vegetable oil.
    Put prepared chops in hot oil.
  5. Fry the meat over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side.
  6. Rinse the dill and chop finely.
  7. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.
  8. Wash the tomato, cut into small cubes.
  9. Turn on the oven and preheat to 190 degrees. Put mayonnaise on a plate, add herbs. Peel the garlic and pass through a press into a plate to the mayonnaise.
  10. Then add cheese and tomato. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Mix well.
  12. Grease a frying pan (without a handle) or a baking dish with vegetable oil and put the prepared chops there. Season with salt and pepper.
  13. Then evenly spread the cheese-tomato mass on top of the chops.
  14. Bake beef chops with cheese and tomato in the oven for 20 minutes.
  15. I recommend serving the beef chops with vegetable salad.
