Chops With Cheese and Tomatoes

Chops with cheese and tomatoes are very juicy and tasty. Cooking pork chops in a pan in this way is much faster than baking in the oven.

Ingredients

  • Pork, cue ball (loin) – 500 g
  • Cheese – 20 g
  • Tomato – 1 pc.
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Flour – 2 tbsp
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Salt – pinch (to taste)

Directions

  1. First, cut the pork chop into portions and beat with a kitchen hammer to a thickness of 3-4 mm.
  2. In a separate container, beat the eggs, salt, ground black pepper and flour with a fork until smooth.
  3. Preheat a frying pan, pour oil into it.
    Dip the chops in the batter (a prepared mixture of eggs and flour).
  4. Place the chops in batter in a skillet and fry on both sides until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  5. Cut the tomato into slices, grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
    Once the chops are ready, place tomato slices on top of each piece of meat, sprinkle with grated cheese. Let the chops sit in the skillet, covered, for about 5 minutes.
  6. Chops with cheese and tomatoes are ready.  Enjoy your meal!
