  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Lasagne plate (s)

Instructions

  1. Chop the garlic clove and mix well with the ricotta, thawed spinach leaves, cream, approx. 50 g of cheese and the chopped tomatoes. Season with pepper and salt.
  2. In a baking dish, layer the mixture alternately with the lasagne sheets, starting with the ricotta and spinach mixture. Scatter the rest of the cheese over the lasagna.
  3. Put the lasagne in the oven at 180 ° C for 25 - 30 minutes.
