Ingredients

  • 500 g spinach leaves, fresh or frozen
  • 1 onion (s)
  • some nutmeg
  • salt and pepper
  • 125 ml white wine
  • 1 cup ricotta
  • 0.75 ¾ Cup cream
  • some butter
  • 300 g pasta your choice
  • Salt water

Instructions

  1. Sweat the onions in a little butter until translucent and then add the spinach. When it has thawed or collapsed, season with nutmeg, salt and pepper and deglaze the whole thing with white wine.
  2. Mix the ricotta with the cream and season with salt and pepper, then stir into the spinach. Meanwhile, prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packet and mix with the sauce.
