Baked Tomatoes with Cheese

This year we have grown a huge amount of tomatoes! Already tired of salads … Cooking a tomato and cheese casserole. Simple and delicious! Baked tomatoes with cheese can be eaten hot and cold.

Cook: 40 minutes

Servings: 5

Ingredients

  • Tomatoes – 600-800 g
  • Greens – 1 bunch
  • Garlic – 3 teeth.
  • Cheese – 100-150 g
  • Breadcrumbs – 3 tablespoons
  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Salt

Directions

  1. Cut the tomatoes into round slices and place them in a mold, slightly overlapping. Salt a little.
  2. Chop parsley or other herbs to taste. And chop the garlic. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  3. Mix cheese with herbs and garlic. Add breadcrumbs and olive oil. To stir thoroughly. Place the cheese dressing over the tomatoes.
  4. Cook baked tomatoes with cheese in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
