Baked Baguette with Sausage, Cheese and Tomato

An oven-baked baguette with cheese, sausage, and tomato is a great option for those who like complex sandwiches and pizza, as it tastes very much like it. Crispy bread base and rich juicy filling – what could be better for a hearty snack?

Ingredients

Directions

Grate the processed cheese and 2/3 of the hard cheese on a coarse grater.
Peel the sausage and cut it into small cubes. Add the sausage to the cheese.
Peel the garlic and squeeze through a press. Add garlic, sour cream, and mustard to cheese and sausage.
Stir the filling.
Cut the baguette in half lengthwise.
Divide the filling into two portions of the baguette, spreading evenly.
Wash the tomato and cut it into small cubes. Drain the juice and place the tomato cubes on top of the filling.
Rinse the green onions, dry, cut into thin rings, and sprinkle the baguette halves over the filling.
Grate the remaining hard cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle on two halves of a baguette.
Place the filled baguette in a baking dish.
Place the baguette mold in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
