Ingredients

1 point puff pastry (TK)
12 sausages (snack sausages, small wieners)
1 egg yolk, whisked
Salt, coarse

Instructions

Thaw the puff pastry and cut into strips approx. 1 cm wide. Then wrap the snack sausages in a spiral shape. Place on a prepared baking sheet, brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with some coarse salt.
Bake in the preheated oven at 220 ° C for approx. 10 minutes.
