  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
  • 250 g cheese (Gouda or Emmentaler), rated
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon herbs, dried

Instructions

  1. Place the 4 schnitzel in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Peel a clove of garlic and cut it into very fine pieces. Spread on the schnitzel.
