- 250 g potato (s), new
- olive oil
- 1 sprig thyme, fresh
- salt and pepper
- clove some garlic
- 50 g arlic sausae, Turkish (sucuk), thinly sliced

- Drizzle a little olive oil on a baking sheet. Quarter or eighth of the potatoes, depending on their size, place on the baking tray and spread the garlic cloves on the baking tray. Drizzle some olive oil over it, season with salt and pepper. Spread the sprig of thyme.
- Bake in a hot oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 30 - 40 minutes.
