Instructions

Finely dice the onions, fry them in hot oil, add the mince and the sucuk, which has also been diced, and fry through. Season with salt and pepper and season generously with oregano. Add the chopped tomato pulp, very finely chopped carrots and bell pepper. Now add the stock and cook for 15 minutes, then stir in the crème fraîche.
Now alternately layer the sauce and the lasagna sheets in the lasagne pan.
Finally, distribute the grated Gouda cheese and place the lasagne in the oven for 25 minutes at 200 ° C. After 15 minutes, reduce the temperature to 175 ° C so that the cheese does not burn.
