Ingredients
- 350 g pasta
- 3 sausages, (sucuks, garlic sausage)
- 1 spring onion (s)
- 2 small peppers, (1 mild + 1 hot)
- 1 tomato (s)
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon butter

- Cook the noodles al dente.
- In the meantime, cut the sucuks into slices and cut the vegetables into small pieces. Fry both in a little butter for about 5 minutes. Now season with salt, pepper and lemon juice, add tomato paste, stir and fry for another 1 minute. Pour the sucuk mixture onto the drained noodles, stir.
