Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles al dente.
  2. In the meantime, cut the sucuks into slices and cut the vegetables into small pieces. Fry both in a little butter for about 5 minutes. Now season with salt, pepper and lemon juice, add tomato paste, stir and fry for another 1 minute. Pour the sucuk mixture onto the drained noodles, stir.
