Lasagna Recipe With Sausage and Beef

  • lasagna sheets – 12 pcs.
  • spicy salami – 200 gr
  • ground beef – 200 gr
  • onion – 1 pc.
  • egg – 1 pc .
  • hard cheese (parmesan) – 200-250 gr
  • soft cheese – 200-250 gr
  • canned tomatoes – 500 gr
  • tomato sauce – 2 tablespoons
  • parsley – 1 small bunch
  • Italian herbs – 1 tablespoon
  • salt
  • pepper, sugar – about 1 teaspoon.
  • olive oil


  1. We strongly heat the frying pan with a small amount of oil, fry the minced meat, and then send the pre-peeled and chopped sausage and onion there, do the same with finely chopped tomatoes and tomato sauce, Italian herbs, pepper, and 1 teaspoon each. salt and sugar. Bring the mixture to a “boil”, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. We rub Parmesan and soft cheese separately, in a separate container we combine Parmesan, an egg, and chopped parsley, mix.
  3. Now you need to hold the lasagna sheets in boiling water (do not salt! But before laying the dough, it is better to add 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil to prevent the sheets from sticking together) for 10 minutes.
  4. Now we grease our rectangular shape with olive oil and cover the bottom with some of the prepared sheets (I usually make 3 layers, so I divide all the ingredients into about 3 parts when laying them down), then cover the dough with a mixture of hard cheese, then with a layer of soft, then finish with a part of meat sauce, again cover with the second part of the lasagna sheets and layout the products in the same order, after the final layer of dough we change the order, the first layout the hard cheese mixture, then the meat sauce and only then the soft cheese.
  5. Cover the form with foil and send it to a preheated 200C oven for 30 minutes, after which we remove the foil and let the lasagna brown for 5-10 minutes.
  6. And that’s all, a delicious and very nutritious dish is ready.
