Potatoes Baked with Garlic Breadcrumbs

Potatoes baked in breadcrumbs with garlic are delicious. A good independent dish, especially with salad, and can be a side dish for meat dishes.
Cook: 45 minutes
Servings: 2
Ingredients
- Small potatoes – 1 kg
- Vegetable oil – 4 tbsp
- Garlic – 4-5 cloves
- Breadcrumbs – 4 tbsp
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- Basil
- Parsley and dill greens – 1 sprig each
Directions
- Boil the potatoes. Can be in a uniform, and then cleaned. You can boil peeled potatoes. Let the potatoes cool slightly.
- Then stir it with oil, salt, pepper, basil, and grated garlic. Fold in a bag, add breadcrumbs and shake several times so that the breadcrumbs are evenly distributed over the potatoes.
- Put on a baking sheet and bake until light brown for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Sprinkle with chopped herbs.
