- 1 kg potato (s), floury cooking
- salt
- pepper
- 250 g bacon
- 8 leaves sage
- 1 bulb garlic
- olive oil

- Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
- Pre-cook the peeled and diced potatoes in salted water for 3-4 minutes, drain and allow to evaporate well.
- Cut the bacon into pencil-wide pieces. Spread the bacon with the potatoes, 8-10 sage leaves and whole cloves of garlic on a roasting tray. Drizzle with olive oil and place in the preheated oven.
- Cook for 30-35 minutes. Take out and serve immediately.
