Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s), floury cooking
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 250 g bacon
  • 8 leaves sage
  • 1 bulb garlic
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
  2. Pre-cook the peeled and diced potatoes in salted water for 3-4 minutes, drain and allow to evaporate well.
  3. Cut the bacon into pencil-wide pieces. Spread the bacon with the potatoes, 8-10 sage leaves and whole cloves of garlic on a roasting tray. Drizzle with olive oil and place in the preheated oven.
  4. Cook for 30-35 minutes. Take out and serve immediately.
