Stuffed Baguette with Cheese and Smoked Sausages

Miracle recipe! A stuffed baguette sounds delicious! I really liked the filling of two types of cheese (cream and Adyghe), smoked sausages, bell peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, and olives! You can have breakfast, you can go for a snack, or you can eat it on the table as a cool snack! Try, cook, and write as you like!
Ingredients
- Baguette – 1 pc.
- Cream cheese (curd) – 230 g
- Adyghe cheese – 150 g
- Smoked sausages – 150 g
- Sweet pepper – 1/2 pc.
- Sun-dried tomatoes – 40 g
- Pitted olives – 5-7 pcs.
- Garlic – 1-2 cloves
- Salt (optional) – to taste
Directions
- Cut off the ends of the baguette and carefully remove the crumb with a long knife.
- The filling is very easy to prepare. Lightly beat the cream cheese with a mixer.
- Cut the soft Adyghe cheese into cubes and add to the cream cheese. We also send garlic passed through a press there. Knead with a fork or mix (do not beat) with a mixer.
- Cut bell peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, and sausages into small cubes. The smaller the better.
- Combine chopped foods with cheeses and stir. We try for salt. Add some salt if necessary.
- We stuff the baguette, trying to tamp and compact slightly so that there are no voids in the filling. Wrap the stuffed baguette in foil and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
