Dip the cabbage in boiling water. Cook young cabbage for 5-7 minutes. If the water does not completely cover the cabbage, first boil for 3-4 minutes from the bottom (where the thicker parts of the leaves are located). Then turn the head of cabbage and boil the top of the head for about 3 minutes. We take the cabbage head out of the water, let it cool slightly and disassemble it into leaves. We need 9 cabbage leaves. If inside the leaves are still dense and poorly separated, we repeat the procedure. (If you took cabbage of an old crop, then you need to cook it longer, about 10-15 minutes.)
Cut the cheese into slices (approximately the size of sausages).
We cut each sausage lengthwise into 2 halves.
Put a piece of cheese between the two halves of the sausage.
Cut off the thick part of the cabbage leaf and put the sausage with cheese on it.
Tuck the opposite edges of the cabbage leaf from the sides.
Then we roll the cabbage leaf with the sausage into a roll.
It turns out here such a roll of cabbage rolls.
