Potatoes Stuffed with Cheese and Sausage

Baked potatoes stuffed with cheese and sausage are prepared very simply and from simple products, but the result will exceed your expectations – the dish is very appetizing and tasty.

Directions

Let’s prepare the products. Pre-cook the potatoes in their uniforms.
Cut the boiled potatoes in half.
Grate cheese and sausage.
Carefully remove the inner part from the potato halves with a teaspoon.
Mix the flesh of the potatoes with the cheese and sausage. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add sour cream and mix the filling.
Fill the potato halves with the prepared filling.
Grease a baking dish with vegetable or butter. Put the stuffed potatoes with cheese and sausage into a mold and put them in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. We will bake the stuffed potatoes in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
Decorate the finished baked potatoes with fresh herbs.
