Ingredients

  • 1 baguette (s)
  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 6 tablespoon mayonnaise or tartar sauce
  • some margarine, or butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the baguette into slices. Brush with margarine and roast in the oven at approx. 200ºC until golden yellow.
  2. In the meantime, mix the mayo and garlic powder to taste and season with salt and pepper.
  3. When the baguette slices are golden yellow, brush with the mayo mixture and top with tomato cheese.
  4. Baked again for about 3 minutes.
  5. These snacks are always gone first at a party.
