- 1 chicken breast fillet (s)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- salt and pepper
- 2 teaspoons paprika powder
- 4 slices cheese
- 2 ½ tablespoon butter
- 2 large cloves garlic
- 1 handful parsley
- 2 teaspoons parmesan, freshly grated

- Slice the chicken breast and marinate in a bowl with oil, salt, pepper and paprika powder. Then fry the chicken breast pieces for two minutes on each side. Make sure that the meat is really done at the end.
- Cut the baguette into four equal pieces and hollow them out. Cover the end of each cheese slice with 1 - 2 pieces of chicken and wrap them in the cheese. Fill the baguette with these rolls. Place the filled baguette on aluminum foil on a baking sheet.
- For the garlic butter, simply mix melted butter with freshly squeezed garlic, finely chopped parsley and parmesan. Pour the garlic butter over the baguette pieces and wrap them with aluminum foil. Bake at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for about 20 minutes and then enjoy lukewarm.
