Baked Fish with Tomato-Cheese Crust

Fish baked in the oven with a tomato and cheese crust is a delicious and hearty dinner for the whole family.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Fillet of white fish – 500 g
  • Tomatoes – 300 g
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Sour cream – 50 g
  • Mayonnaise – 50 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Vegetable oil

How to cook fish baked under a tomato-cheese crust:

Directions

  1. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
  2. Grate the cheese.
  3. Combine cheese with tomatoes.
  4. Add sour cream and mayonnaise, add a little salt and pepper the mass.
  5. Stir.
  6. Cut the fish fillet into portions and place in a single layer in an oiled dish. Sprinkle with salt.
  7. Put the tomato-cheese mixture on top, distribute evenly over the fish.
  8. Bake the fish in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  9. The baked fish with a tomato-cheese crust is ready.
