Ingredients

  • 1 cup wheat flour, or whole grain
  • 1 cup cheese, penciled
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped thyme
  • 110 g butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt

For covering:

  • 4 medium spring onion (s), in rings
  • 1 packet cherry tomato (s), halved
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped thyme
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients for the topping (tomatoes, spring onions, thyme, oil, honey, salt and pepper) and set aside. Then knead the ingredients for the dough (flour, cheese, butter, thyme, salt) until lump-free and press into a round shape (approx. 23 cm). Place the topping on top and bake in the middle of the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes.
