Mix all ingredients for the topping (tomatoes, spring onions, thyme, oil, honey, salt and pepper) and set aside. Then knead the ingredients for the dough (flour, cheese, butter, thyme, salt) until lump-free and press into a round shape (approx. 23 cm). Place the topping on top and bake in the middle of the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes.
