Fish Baked with Tomatoes and Olives

Minimum time – perfect result! Delicate, spicy fish baked with tomatoes and olives in the oven.

Ingredients

  • Fillet of white fish – 800 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Tomato – 1 pc.
  • Pitted olives – 15 pcs.
  • Dried basil – 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Dill greens (for serving) – to taste

Directions

  1. Turn on the oven to heat up to 200 ° C. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Cut the peeled onion into thin half-rings and place it on the bottom of a baking dish.
  2. Cut the fish fillet into portions, season with salt, pepper and put on the onion.
  3. Put chopped tomatoes and halves of olives on top of the fish, season with salt, pepper, sprinkle with dried basil, drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 20 minutes in an oven heated to 200 °C.
