Fish Baked with Bell Peppers and Tomatoes

Baked fish with bell pepper and tomatoes is a healthy dietary dish that will appeal to many. The fish is tender and tasty; when baked, it retains maximum benefits. Bright vegetables make the dish colorful and reveal new flavors in the fish.

How to cook fish baked with bell pepper:

Directions

Finely chop the onion.
Chop the garlic finely.
We clean the bell pepper from seeds and partitions, cut into squares.
Fill the tomato with boiling water for 1 minute, then put it in cold water. Remove the peel from it and cut it into cubes.
In a frying pan in olive oil, lightly fry the onion and garlic (5 minutes), stirring occasionally.
Add pepper and fry for another 5 minutes.
Put tomato in a frying pan and squeeze out the juice of half a lemon. Salt and pepper to taste. We mix.
Chop the basil not very finely.
We send the basil to the pan with vegetables and simmer everything together for 5-6 minutes.
Turn on the oven 180 degrees. Wash the fish well, dry it with paper towels, then put it in a baking dish.
Spread the vegetable sauce over the fish. We bake the fish in the oven for about 30 minutes.
