Mix the quark well with the whipped cream. Drain the mandarins and add to the quark-cream mixture.
Add sugar to taste (we always take 2 - 3 tablespoons) and let rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. If you like, you can mix some of the tangerine juice into the quark.
If the cream is to serve as a cake cream, only use half of the ingredients and dissolve and add 2 sheets of gelatine (that`s how I always do it).
