Instructions

  1. Let the margarine melt. Dice the onion and sauté. Fry the meat and sprinkle with flour. Pour the cream and the mandarin juice over everything and bring to a simmer.
  2. Crumble the stock cubes into the sauce. Season to taste with salt, pepper and curry. At the end add the mandarins and simmer for about 20 minutes.
