- Prepare a firm batter from the first 5 ingredients. Spread on a greased baking sheet. Spread the mandarins (drained well) on top.
- Then from sour cream, oil, van. Prepare the pudding powder, an egg and 200 g sugar, spread over the top.
- Finally, knead a kind of crumble from 1 egg, milk, 100 g sugar and coconut flakes. Spread this over the cake as well
- Bake at 175 degrees C for about 40 minutes. Caution: it quickly turns brown on top!
- Tastes great and is suitable for all occasions.
