- Peel 4 of the six mandarins / clementines and divide them into wedges.
- Remove the white skins and cut each crevice once lengthways (with a sharp knife).
- Distribute in serving bowls (preferably with the cut surface facing up).
- Squeeze the juice from the remaining 2 mandarins / clementines and mix with the marzipan, powdered sugar and liqueur and pour over the fruit.
- Roast the almond flakes in a pan until golden brown and sprinkle over the mandarins / clementines.
- Tip:
- If the mandarins / clementines taste too little intense, orange juice can also be added.
