Instructions

  1. Peel and core the mango, cut the pulp into pieces and puree with the coconut milk to a cream. Stir in cinnamon and possibly vanilla sugar to taste.
  2. Pour the cream into small bowls and place in the freezer for about 2 hours so that it becomes a little firmer. Then garnish with cinnamon and balsamic vinegar - or caramel or chocolate sauce, etc. - and serve.
