Instructions

  1. Peel both mangoes and remove the stone.
  2. Dice the pulp of the first mango bite-sized and set aside.
  3. Roughly dice the pulp of the second mango and place in a tall mixing bowl.
  4. Wash the lime and rub the peel. Add the juice to the mango into the blender jar. Puree the whole thing now.
  5. Now add the Cointreau and the quark and puree again until you have a homogeneous mixture.
  6. Now pour the quark into a bowl and then stir in the bite-sized mango cubes and lemon balm. Finally, sprinkle the physalis over the top and serve.
