- Peel both mangoes and remove the stone.
- Dice the pulp of the first mango bite-sized and set aside.
- Roughly dice the pulp of the second mango and place in a tall mixing bowl.
- Wash the lime and rub the peel. Add the juice to the mango into the blender jar. Puree the whole thing now.
- Now add the Cointreau and the quark and puree again until you have a homogeneous mixture.
- Now pour the quark into a bowl and then stir in the bite-sized mango cubes and lemon balm. Finally, sprinkle the physalis over the top and serve.
