- Peel the mangoes and cut into pieces.
- Then place in a tall mixing bowl together with the sugar. Puree with a magic wand until the sugar has dissolved.
- Then fold in the vanilla yogurt with a whisk.
- Whip the cream until half stiff and fold in as well.
- Pour everything into the ice cream machine and enjoy afterwards.
- In my ice machine, which is a cordless device, it takes about 20-30 minutes for the ice to be ready.
