  • 2 mango (s)
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 250 g yourt, vanilla
  • 100 ml whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Peel the mangoes and cut into pieces.
  2. Then place in a tall mixing bowl together with the sugar. Puree with a magic wand until the sugar has dissolved.
  3. Then fold in the vanilla yogurt with a whisk.
  4. Whip the cream until half stiff and fold in as well.
  5. Pour everything into the ice cream machine and enjoy afterwards.
  6. In my ice machine, which is a cordless device, it takes about 20-30 minutes for the ice to be ready.
