- 200 g mano (s) (frozen)
- 200 g strawberries (frozen)
- 100 ml coconut milk, creamy
- 100 ml milk (rice milk)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ guar gum

- Let the frozen fruits thaw until the liquid settles out. Put the coconut milk and rice milk in a tall container, add the guar gum and stir quickly with a whisk until creamy.
- Then stir in the fruits with the settled liquid and place in an ice cream maker. Let stir for 30 minutes and enjoy straight away.
- The ice cream can also be stored, but the consistency becomes harder!
